Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our core consulting practice at Ranger Technologies. You will take ownership of custom Apex controllers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builders, and seamless third-party ERP integrations.
As a key member of our technical team, you will collaborate directly with cross-functional leadership, design robust CRM architectures, and mentor junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performing Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Integrate Salesforce with external ERPs (RangerFusion, SAP) using REST and SOAP Web Services.
- Lead client architecture workshops, code reviews, and deployment pipelines via Salesforce DX and GitHub Actions.
- Optimize SOQL/SOSL query performance and enforce Governor limits best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on development experience on the Salesforce Platform.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) or PD2 certification strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Process Automation, and REST APIs.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
